The Scalp Lounge USA – East Texas is an independently owned and operated franchise location of The Scalp Lounge USA. This location is owned and operated by Kinspired Co. LLC, based in East Texas.

The franchisor, The Scalp Lounge USA, does not control or manage the daily operations of this location and is not responsible for services provided, client interactions, or disputes arising at this franchise location.

2. Services Provided

We provide professional scalp care and wellness services, including but not limited to:

Scalp facials

Scalp mapping and analysis

Hair and scalp treatments

Educational and wellness-based services

All services are provided for cosmetic and wellness purposes only and are not medical treatments, diagnoses, or cures.

3. Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive services unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and approved in advance.

4. Booking, Deposits & Payments

Appointments must be booked through our approved scheduling platform.

A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your appointment.

All payments are processed through secure third-party platforms (e.g., Square, Stripe, GlossGenius).

Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit or full service charge.

Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

6. Client Responsibilities & Health Disclosure

Clients are responsible for:

Disclosing all relevant medical conditions, allergies, scalp sensitivities, medications, or pregnancy status prior to service.

Following all pre- and post-service care instructions provided.

Failure to disclose health-related information releases Kinspired Co. LLC from liability related to adverse reactions or outcomes.

7. Results Disclaimer

Results vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific results, including hair growth, scalp condition improvement, or cosmetic outcomes. All services are performed based on professional judgment and client consultation.

8. Media & Marketing Consent

With your consent, photos or videos (including before-and-after images) may be captured for educational or marketing purposes. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by submitting a written request.

9. Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable once rendered.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Retail products may only be returned if defective and unused, per store policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Kinspired Co. LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Services are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied.

Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with cosmetic and wellness services.
