At The Scalp Lounge USA – East Texas, we value your time and ours. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute changes directly impact our ability to serve other clients. To maintain fairness, professionalism, and efficiency, the following Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy is strictly enforced.

By booking an appointment with The Scalp Lounge USA – East Texas, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking Deposit

All new appointments require a non-refundable $50 booking deposit to secure your reservation.

The deposit will be applied toward your total service balance on the day of your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be applied to another client under any circumstances.

2. Rebooking Policy

Each appointment is eligible for up to two (2) rebookings without penalty, provided cancellation window requirements are met.

A third rebooking request will require a new $50 booking deposit to confirm the new appointment date.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Window

To avoid additional fees or loss of deposit, please review the following timelines carefully:

A. 48 Hours or More Notice

Cancellations or reschedules made 48 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.

Your original booking deposit will be applied to the new appointment date.

B. 24–48 Hours Notice

Cancellations or reschedules made 24–48 hours prior to the appointment may apply the deposit toward one rebooking.

Repeated last-minute changes may result in forfeiture of the deposit at management’s discretion.

C. Less Than 24 Hours Notice

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will:

Forfeit the $50 booking deposit, and

Be charged 35% of the remaining service balance

D. No-Show Appointments

Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will:

Forfeit the booking deposit, and

Be charged 50% of the remaining service balance.

A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may have their service shortened or be required to reschedule.

If rescheduling is necessary due to late arrival, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation, and applicable fees will apply.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments, deposits, and fees are final and non-refundable.

Services and deposits are non-transferable between clients.

For technical or payment-related issues, please contact us within 24 hours of the transaction.

6. Emergencies & Exceptions

We understand emergencies can occur. In cases of sudden illness, family emergencies, or unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.

Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion.

Exceptions are not guaranteed and must be approved in writing.

7. Policy Enforcement

This policy is enforced consistently to maintain fairness and respect for our specialists’ time. The Scalp Lounge USA – East Texas reserves the right to refuse future bookings to clients who repeatedly violate cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, or no-show policies.
